Why did you choose Myslbek as the location for your restaurants?
It is obviously an excellent location. We have opened two different restaurants in the building; they differ in concept and marketing strategy, thereby satisfying the broadest spectrum of clientele possible. One of the restaurants is called Jarmark, located on the circular gallery on the first floor. Our second restaurant, the Colosseum pizzeria, faces out on Ovocný trh.

Pizza Coloseum
The first Pizza Coloseum was opened in August 1995 on Vodičkova street. Its fifth birthday was recently celebrated with a gift - a little "sister" on Ovocný trh 8 - opened on 24 October 2000.
